Rita Ora: British babe turned New York city slicker. She’s a superstar who’s been making quite a splash not only across the pond, but also stateside as she continues to build her fashion empire.
Donna Karan tapped the Roc Nation songstress for DKNY My NY, her latest scent celebrating the spirit of the concrete jungle itself. New York City is something like a second home to Rita, as she told WWD back in June when news broke of her becoming the face of the fragrance:
“[I find] great inspiration in New York City and its people. It’s so artistic and vibrant. I moved to NYC when I was 17 and began this new chapter in my life. I’m never going to forget New York, because my career started in the city. New York has always been a fairy tale to me.”
