Despite the differences between Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, and their tough divorce battle last year, the two are still able to raise their twin children beautifully.
Known as “dem babies,” Moroccan Cannon and Monroe Cannon have been growing up right before our eyes, and even though they are twins, they are two different people.
Nick recently discussed his adorable son and daughter with E! News, where he talked about the importance of family:
“Family is the number one priority. It’s always making sure that you make that connection first.”
He even commented that the twins are now “dem kids,” since they are growing up so fast, turning 4 years old next month:
“Dem kids, dem damn kids. They put two D’s on it.”
“I’m loving their independence. We’ve been doing some shopping lately and picking out what kind of bed they wanted and their own drapes and they’re like designing their own rooms. Up until this point, they’ve kind of shared rooms and now they’re kind of individuals,” he shared. “It’s watching that individuality come out. It’s really cool.”
Before we know it, we’ll probably be watching Monroe and Moroccan sit down for their own interviews, since time is flying by!
