50 Cent has a lot on his plate, as he should as part of the wealthier in the hip-hop game, but he always makes time to talk to those that support him.

Accompanying his group G-Unit for majority of their press run this week, promoting their new EP The Beast Is G-Unit, the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ rapper talked about a slew of topics personal to him while sitting down with Angie Martinez.

The interview started off with the group taking shots of Effen Vodka with the host, which 50 endorses, despite not being much of a drinker, before getting into the more revealing topics.

Fifty talked about his relationship with his oldest song Marquise, as the two have publicly taken shots at each other on social media in the last year. Apparently, there isn’t much of one right now.

He told Angie:

“I don’t speak to him…..with him that situation is so complex…over time [Marquise’s mother] has instilled her entitlement……I don’t understand it to be honest with you.”

50 also addressed his ex-girlfriend Vivica Fox, who recently claimed that the rapper was the love of her life during an interview:

“I saw that, I was like wow….it’s interesting. Women have the ability to be more advanced than men emotionally.”

He even shared his thoughts on the new hit show Empire, which has been getting some comparisons to his own show Power. He said of the series:

“I’ve seen it three times…It’s like Glee. I like the people on it. I have friends there, Terrance Howard there. I like Taraji’s work.”
