The feud between The Game and Meek Mill seems to get more complicated by the day – especially now that Beanie Sigel is in the mix. Let’s get ya’ll up to speed, shall we?

Beanie Sigel emerged from a long hiatus to aid his hometown buddy Meek Mill in a diss track “Ooouuu”, a direct response to The Game’s diss “92 Bars.” Meek posted an Instagram video of himself and Beanie in the studio, further agitating The Game and stirring the pot that, at the time, was just a war of words. But then, things suddenly got physical.

The Game recently hopped on social media claiming that Meek Mill (or members of the Dreamchasers crew) beat up Beanie this past Friday after The Bad Boy Reunion tour show in Philly, during which Beanie declared himself “the real king of Philly.” Those words apparently  rubbed Meek the wrong way, and now a new recording from a Beanie Sigel interview makes its clear why the two Philly emcees are now at odds.

“He didn’t say nothin’ to get me on the track,” says Sigel of the collaboration on ‘OOOUUU’. “I just happened to come in the studio, so I just was helping him out with some lyrics, and the situation kind of played out like it did.” When asked to clarify the degree of ‘helping’ he did, Beanie slightly backtracks.  “I don’t want to put that out there like that and, you know, discredit nobody for their skills or nothin’.” Beanie then goes on to say that in reality, he has nothing against The Game, and that the two have a “great relationship.”

This is a rather ironic revelation, given how vocal Meek Mill has been towards ghostwriting in rap. It will be very interesting to see how this 3-way beef plays out.
