Despite the fact that Lil’ Wayne is currently behind bars, he is still managing to stay in his fans’ minds and hearts. The New Orleans-born rapper just sent his third letter to his fans since his stay at Rikers began. In it, he thanks his fans for their letters and good wishes, then goes on to individually shout out various fans that that have sent him mail.
His comments to his fans just seem so heartfelt and sincere. It’s undoubtedly comforting for Wayne know that even while he’s in prison, people on the outside (who probably have never actually laid eyes on him) still care.

I hope everyone’s summer has been going well doing whatever it is you like to do. On my end, I’m alive, breathing and blessed. You already know how I’m passing the time – reading and working out.
