Pregnant Beyonce is no longer pregnant. Tonight, Beyonce has given birth to a baby girl! E! News is reporting that the baby girl's name is Blue Ivy Carter (or at least that is what Jay is telling his friends).  Earlier in the night, it was reported that the baby's names was Ivy Blue Carter...seems like a late night switcharoo from E! News cleared up the confusion.

Beyonce gave birth on Saturday, January 7th during a scheduled C-Section at Lennox Hill Hospital.

Earlier tonight, The New York Daily News reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z had rented out an entire floor at New York's Lennox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side.

According to Beyonce's hometown paper, The Houston Chronicle, "Beyoncé has given birth to a girl early this evening in New York, says a close source. Baby and mom are doing fine."
