Eight years after Batman became the scapegoat for the crimes of city mayor turned Two Face, a new villain leader appears, Bane (played by Tom Hardy) to wreak havoc on the city of Gotham.
The Dark Knight is subsequently forced out of hiding and resurfaces to protect his town, a town that has now turned on him and no longer looks at him as their hero.
