Jay-Z was on the sidelines last night to watch the New York Jets demolish the Dallas Cowboys in a comeback win victory in front of their home crowd.

The "No Church In The Wild" rapper was hanging with James Gandolfini, Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro who were also on the sidelines wearing NYPD hats in honor of the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

All of these men live around the World Trade Center and showed their support for New York City on an emotional day. If you look at how far rap music has come, you can look no further than these new photos.

When rappers once rapped, "Pataki got all kinds of under covers coming at me," as AZ rhymed. The king of rap Jay-Z shook hands with Pataki, the New York governor who was often rap fodder during his time in office.

It's amazing how far the music, and hip-hop in particular, has come in such a short time.
