Jill Scott's Weight Loss, She Lost How Much?! (PHOTOS)

Jill Scott, the Grammy-award winning singer, decided it was time to make a change in her life. Jill recently stepped out to the BET awards to show off a 63 pound weight loss!

After giving birth to her son, Jett, in 2009, Jill decided it was time to adopt a healthy diet and fitness plan.

Jill spoke with Us Weekly Magazine about her inspiration for weight loss, "There's a world of discovery in his eyes, and I want to be around to enjoy it!"

Jill's new healthy lifestyle consists of three low fat meals and two snacks per day, along with 60 minute cardio and strength training sessions three times a week.
