From television tapings, to endless play-dates and quality mommy-daughter time with Suri Cruise, Katie seems to be getting over her split pretty well.
And let’s not forget about her gorgeous cover shoot for the August issue of Elle. Inside the glossy pages, Holmes puts out early divorce hints and talks about coming into her own when asked about her relationship with Tom:
“He has been Tom Cruise for 30 years, I know who I am and where I am and where I want to go, so far I want to focus on that.”
In addition to her magazine cover, Holmes is leaving her mark on the fashion scene, without letting her personal matters interfere with her clothing line, Holmes and Yang. According to WWD, Katie and her design partner, Jeanne Yang, are set to present the spring collection of their line for the first time this September at New York Fashion Week.
