While many of us spent our Christmas season bonding with family and friends, Katy Perry and John Mayer had something else up their sleeve.

The adorable Hollywood "it" couple might have taken some criticism at first, but the two do great together and they've taken their united force to the Dream Foundation.

Katy and John were spotted at a Santa Barbara hospital where they visited adults battling life-threatening illnesses, and kept them company for the holiday season.

The Dream Foundation was extremely grateful for both John and Katy's work, tweeting:

Even though fame comes with a price, it looks like Katy and John will pay it everyday to help make those in need feel better!
