Katy Perry and John Mayer have called it quits already.
The “California Gurl” and the “Gravity” crooner are no longer waiting for the world to change for their love. People Magazine confirms the pair are no longer dating.

The reason for the confusion might be due to John and Katy themselves, the source continues.
“They almost acted like they’ve been a couple for a long time,” the observer told PEOPLE. “It definitely didn’t seem like a new relationship.”
The couple were spotted all over L.A., on dinner dates, making out at parties and there were even reports that John Mayer was going to change his player ways.

Perry has been having a lot of fun since she divorced Russell Brand. Since then she’s been tied to a couple of other guys including French model Baptiste Giabiconi, as well as Florence and the Machine guitarist, Robert Ackroyd.
