Oh Snap! Kelis Responds To Nas' "Life Is Good" Album Cover (VIDEO)

Kelis and Nas went through a very public divorce and the rapper recently caused a stir when he revealed the artwork for his upcoming album "Life Is Good" and it featured the spunky green wedding dress of his ex wife.

Well the "Milkshake" singer has finally hit us with her thoughts on the cover.

During an interview in the U.K. she touches on the topic and says:

“My feelings about it are not really relevant, but you know at the end of the day Nas is an artist. And for whatever it’s worth he’s one of the greatest, and especially for what it is he does,"

The singer who packed her things and left nothing but the dress behind when the two split, continues:

"So for me, I feel like especially for someone in hip-hop to kind of be genuine and honest, whatever the honesty is about, I think it’s awesome. So my feelings about it aren’t really necessarily valid, it’s just the fact that as an artist I can respect that he wears his feelings on his sleeve.”

It seems these two have made it through the storm and are now on cordial terms which is best since they do have a son together.

Nas is said to express himself on their relationship further on his umpcoming album which drops July 17th.
