Oh No! Kris Humphries Sued After Woman Claims He Gave Her Herpes! (DETAILS)

Kris Humphries might want to think about moving into the court, since the NBA baller now has even more legal problems to deal with. Already going through an ugly divorce, the Brooklyn Nets star has just been sued for allegedly giving a woman herpes!

Kayla Goldberg says she met Kris in the summer of 2010 at a spot called the Newsroom Cafe, and after some serious flirting, the pair exchanged numbers.

Kayla claims they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip, she gave him some ... and bam! 

TMZ reports:

According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times ... including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.

The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes -- and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.

Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.

Jeez! They say it's hard out there for a pimp, we think it's hard out here for Kris Humphries. Kayla is suing him for sexual battery, because she believes that Kris knew he had the disease before they hooked up. Serious stuff.
