Kim, whose infamous 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries has remained in question, may have gotten herself in some trouble during the interview process.
Kris’ lawyers, who believe her marriage to Humphries was fraudulent, have plans to use the conversation she had with Oprah to prove that this was, in fact, the case.
When asked if she had doubts about the marriage, Kim told Oprah:
“I didn’t have an inkling, but everyone around me did. The night before, my mom said, ‘Do you want out?’ She said, ‘You’re not yourself.’ But I said ‘mom no.’ I got angry. I was thinking, ‘How dare you!'”

Now, Kris’ lawyers want to know why Kris Jenner questioned her daughter’s decision, as well as the specifics of the conversation that was held between the mother and daughter the night before her wedding.
Kim went on to tell Oprah about how ending the marriage affected her:
“I was in such a deep depression; I thought I was going to back away from everything. I stayed at home for almost four months, and I’m a better person now, as heartbreaking as it was to go through.”
