It seems like we just met Miley Cyrus as the innocent little Hannah Montana on her own Disney show. But, she couldn’t be further from the Disney star she started out as.

As Miley rang in her 19th birthday earlier this week at at the Beacher’s Madhouse club in Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, she was surrounded by her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, good friends Kelly Osbourne (who organized the bash), Rumer Willis, Victoria Justice, and, oh yeah, topless women (with boobie tassels of course) and dancing little people.

Miley spent the night dancing and laughing with her besties before blowing out her candles. Her parents Tish and Billy Ray were also in attendance, where entertainment included a performance of Super Bass by a mini Nicki Minaj impersonator. Nice!
