Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon Debut Twins aka "Dem Babies"! (PHOTOS)

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon hit up 20/20 with Barbara Walters last night where they debuted six-month-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan for the very first time.

During the highly anticipated 15-minute segment on 20/20, Mariah confessed to having a very difficult pregnancy where she was on bedrest for weeks at a time.

She also discussed going through a heartbreaking miscarriage before finally becoming pregnant with her twins, and gave birth to little Moroccan and Monroe at 40 years old.

Mariah showed off the twins in their nursery and also sang to her little boy, Moroccan, during the segment.
