Nick Cannon isn't going to let any little thing like kidney failure bring him down. 

The actor/entrepreneur moved to a hospital in L.A. yesterday from Aspen after suffering mild kidney failure, and according to a very trusted source, Nick is recovering well.

Nick's wifey Mariah Carey has been by his side every step of the way and tweeted out appreciation for her followers. The singer said "Thank you everyone for all the love & concern" and added a hospital pic of the two being lovey dovey in the hospital.

Nick looked to be in great spirits with his MacBook on his lap and his wife by his side.

The "Loverboy" singer followed up with another tweet to fill everyone in on her hubby's status.

She says: Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits.

It's great to know Nick hasn't lost his funny man charm and is in stable condition. We can't wait to see him 100 percent back in action.
