Tameka Raymond Denied By Judge AGAIN! (DETAILS)

Tameka Raymond has been urging a retrial over the custody of her two kids with ex-husband Usher after he won primary custody, but it looks like the judge is not in her favor once again.

According to TMZ, the judge has denied Tameka’s request for a new trial, but that hasn’t put her down and out, since she plans to appeal the decision.  Tameka has asked for the judge to be removed, as she claims that the judge has ties to Usher, having received campaign contributions from him Usher in the past.

The site reports:

But this week, the same judge rejected Tameka's motion -- claiming it's been public knowledge since 2008 that Usher's lawyer donated to her re-election campaign ... and if Tameka cared to look, she would have found out long before her custody trial.

Usher and Tameka have been harshly battling it out over their two sons for months now, and it doesn't look like either is letting up anytime soon.
