After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing a double mastectomy after radiation treatments failed to combat the Cancer, Giuliana has remained enthusiastically optimistic.
Giuliana took to twitter yesterday to thank her greatest supporter, her husband Bill Rancic.
In an earlier interview, the E! News presenter told US Weekly Bill has been assuring her every step of the way, and has told her he doesn’t care what her breasts look like following the surgery.

‘He looked at me and said, ‘I want you to know that I could not care less about the physical aspect of this. I need you here to be my wife, and I need you here to be the mother of my children one day.’
