The creative genius that is Cee-Lo always keeps us guessing with what he will pull out of his sleeve next. Instead of an out-there collaboration like his B-52 and Teddybears “Cho Cha”, Cee-Lo kept it light and breezy in his 70’s throwback, “Bridges.” Produced by the Neptunes, but you’d never know, Cee-Lo sings that he is willing to “build a bridge over the troubled water for you” but “it’s going to take a feeling.” Cee-Lo’s vocal sounds amazing on this track as he sings that he wants to be the bridge between “every sister & brother, father & mother, black white & other” in order to bring the world together for love. The record is a leftover from Cee-Lo’s album “The Lady Killer” but was presented on the B-Side to “It’s Ok.”
