News of a possible Nirvana musical made headlines a few weeks ago, and with the word of Britney Spears’ former manager, Sam Lufti, people actually thought it may happen.
Sam Lufti claimed he was teaming up with Kurt Cobain’s widow, Courtney Love, to produce a cool grunge musical, but according to Court, that ain’t happening.
In an interview with The Guardian, Courtney said a Nirvana musical will not be happening, stating:
“Sometimes, it’s best to leave things alone.”

We couldn’t agree more. People should remember Nirvana as the awesomely dope grunge band, not the awesomely dope grunge band that had a musical.
