George HW Bush is throwing the Biebs some MAJOR shade.
During an early morning Today Show interview, moderated by none other than his granddaughter Jenna Bush, the former Commander-in-Chief and Jenna leisurely conversed over the former President’s stand out sock game.

The taupe and argyle pair he wore during his segment were a little modest compared to his previous debuts, but even his most flamboyant pair couldn’t compare to the sock-man himself Justin Bieber, Jenna jokingly pointed out.
And that’s when all hell broke loose!

Bush curiously replied: “The Bieb? Is he a sock man?… I don’t know much about the Bieber. I don’t see him. I don’t know what he does.”
Yikes! C’mon, George. Everyone knows Jay-Bee!
Jenna then broke out singing Justin’s breakthrough hit “Baby” to help jog the 88-year-old’s pop culture memory.
“Is that his song?,” George Dub-ya replied. “I don’t think I’d like it.”
Well, damn.
