“Work” marks Iggy’s first single off her debut album, The New Classic.

The 1stDown-produced track offers a new outlook on Iggy’s life and the hard work she’s been putting in since she left her family in Australia to chase her dream to become a rapper at the tender age of 16. 

“People got a lot to say, but don’t know a thing ’bout where I was made/or how many floors I had to scrub just to make past where I am from/ no money, no family/16, in the middle of Miami,” raps Iggy.

From one tour the next, Iggy will be hitting the road alongside legendary rapper Nas and Meek Mill in March. 

Iggy Azalea is set to release her debut album, The New Classic, sometime this year.
