RUMOR HAS IT! Nicki Minaj Will Join "American Idol" As New Judge (DETAILS)

We hope Roman takes his medication over the next few weeks, because Nicki Minaj will be joining Mariah Carey on the American Idol judge's panel!

In an exclusive interview, Us Weekly reports that two sources have confirmed the Queen Barb will be the newest judge on the talent series.

"I'm not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it," one insider reveals. "A few more slight things to sign off on but it is happening."

A second source says the "Super Bass" rapper, 29, is "100% confirmed to judge American Idol." Reps for FOX and Minaj had no comment when contacted by Us.

There hasn't been official confirmation from Fox Network or Nicki Minaj, but sources say that they're still in the works with finalizing contracts. 

There have been many rumors circulating about the possibility of Nick Jonas or Pharrell Williams joining the cast of judges, but neither artist has been confirmed.
