Since 2007, rapper T.I. has been dealing with legal troubles and jail woes.

After an investigation was conducted, T.I. was arrested for possession of unregistered guns, as well as possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

All of his public legal woes came to the forefront four years ago, but T.I. still managed to make great music while he was out on bond.

In 2009, T.I. was sentenced to one year and one day in prison. After a few months in jail, T.I.’s fans began to miss his presence. Although, he had songs on the radio, there was still something missing.

Being the “King Of The South,” T.I. had a throne to maintain, but we’ve seen before, it’s easy to be forgotten while in jail.

After being released from his first jail sentence, a few months later, T.I. found himself back in trouble and unfortunately back in jail.

Now, two years later after he entered a federal prison, T.I. has been released to a half-way house, but what does this mean for his rap career?

Will T.I. be able to bounce back like he never left?

A lot has changed since his first stint in jail, and he’s basically been out of the game for the past two years.

In the two years T.I. has been “out” of the game, Lil Wayne went to jail and was released, Jay-Z and Kanye West made everyone watch the throne, Kreayshawn made “Gucci Gucci,” Beyonce got pregnant, Osama Bin Laden was killed and Toya Carter got married.

In no way am I doubting T.I.’s skills, but many rapper’s careers never return to their peak after serving more than a year in prison.

I’m hoping that this time, T.I. will stay out of prison for good.

My question is to the people and the fans, will T.I. come back to reign as the “King of the South?”
