Not many people can say they went from being a farm girl in Lithuania to a stunning supermodel. Giedre Dukauskaite can.

As the former face of D&G, Giedre has been modeling since 2006, walking for some of the biggest fashion houses including Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Celine and Donna Karan, just to name a few. She’s appeared in ad campaigns for Prada and has also been featured in Vogue.

To say her resume is impressive is an understatement, but what makes Giedre’s story so intriguing is her real life farm girl to supermodel transformation. From Lithuania to NYC, Giedre’s light eyes, brown hair and flawless figure have made her a dream for any designer.

On her road to the runway she told us:

I was a farm girl, but the way I made it was pretty standard. I got stopped on the street, started traveling, and got sucked into it. Five years later and here I am!
