This weekend, Justin Bieber may or may not have hit a paparazzi photog with his car, but what he definitely did do is finally commit to an inevitable sleeve of tattoos.
The singer was spotted leaving the Laugh Factory hiding from a flurry of photographer flashes with ol’ reliable Lil Twist by his side, when the paps caught a glimpse of a fully completed lower sleeve on the Biebs. The ink seems to be a coat of arms guarding a castle in the clouds. The theme rolls upwards and is bordered by his “Believe” tattoo.
This comes as a sigh of artistic relief to us, because seriously, sporadic tattoos in random locations seemed to become a pastime for the Biebs, so this full commitment to his Vanilla Ice transformation is appreciated.
