Skateboard P has listed his 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom 9,080 Sq Ft Miami mansion on sale for a cool $16.8 million.

The space boasts a 360 degree view of the city and sits on the 40th floor of his exclusive building. The cool ass pad has a ton of amenities, including but not limited to, a den/office, family room, media room, Studio, Utility/Laundry In garage, marble floors, wood floors, dishwasher, disposal and dryer.
Pharrell has been living in the building since 2007 and since decorated it with his vast collection of contemporary and pop artwork, creating custom cabinetry to cater to his lifestyle.
