Pharrell Williams is always evolving in all aspects of his life. From his taste in music and style, to the caliber of companies that he works with, Skateboard P always seems to be at least two steps ahead when it comes to just about everything.

So naturally his Billionaire Boys Club clothing line should reflect that, and adding in his new collaborative effort with Mark McNairy – it definitely does.

Bee Line for Billionaire Boys Club incorporates the sensibilities of both men into one collection to be released in conjunction with the regular BBC collection.

P and Mark got a chance to sit down and chat with GQ’s Mark Anthony Green about their unlikely pairing and discuss how they’re changing the streetwear game forever.

Pharrell on working with menswear designer Mark McNairy:

He’s very quirky and a quiet guy, but also funny as hell. Within all that quirkiness, he’s very confident. The man just clicks.

Mark McNairy on Pharrell:

“Pharrell’s basically a southern gentleman. I bet Virginia beach isn’t that different from Greensboro. [North Carolina]”

Mark McNairy on the one item that says it all this season:

“It’s definitely the gold-and silver-sleeve varsity jackets. I was in the factory and I saw a metallic scrap on the floor. I ran to 35th Street, bought the leather, and bam.”

We can’t wait to see the entire collection when it hits BBC locations and retailers this fall. Both Pharrell and McNairy are wearing outfits from the collection in the picture above, but for the full GQ article you can head over to the website by clicking here.
