The 24-year-old songstress was all smiles with the ghouls and goblins of the party, but beamed even brighter when she was named the Halloween Queen of the carnival and appointed with a certificate to fit the occasion, as well as a key to the city.
Rihanna seemed in good spirits following a dinner date with Chris Brown’s mother the night before.
