Sarah Jessica Parker Revisits Vogue For "Glee" - But Not As Carrie Bradshaw (VIDEO)

Sarah Jessica Parker is known to a whole generation of women as their fashionable heroine, Carrie Bradshaw, a columnist who had a reputable stint at Vogue making $4 a word. 

Well, Sex and the City-era SJP is long gone, but that doesn't mean that she can't make a return to the Vogue offices!

In tonight's episode of Glee, Sarah Jessica Parker is returning to Vogue, but this time as an editor. In the clip from the episode set to air tonight, Kurt (Chris Colfer) is interviewed for an internship by Isabelle Wright (Parker), a designer and editor for the fashion bible magazine. 

The styling for the scene was pulled from Vogue's extensive fashion closet and included pieces by Prabal Gurung, Altuzarra, Belstaff, and Fendi.

But Sarah isn't making a retrograde to her Carrie days. 

“It’s not like Carrie Bradshaw. It’s fashion, but it’s not crazy and eccentric. We’re doing very strong, simple shifts. It’s sexy, hard, and facilitative.”

We kind of imagine that modern day Carrie Bradshaw is actually off in the world doing something of this sort.
