Eliza Doolittle is a musician with a closet full of Nike sneakers, blazers, skirts and shorts that show off her long as skyscraper legs. We sat with the British upstart a few weeks ago and asked her about her personal style.
“I think fashion and music work really well together. I love playing around with fashion and picking out clothes for shows and performances because everything I do I have to pick out an outfit,” Eliza told GG. “Iʼd rather have fun with it than be boring and whatnot. I really enjoy it, itʼs a great bonus for me to play around with that stuff.”
Eliza has electic taste but she definitely doesn’t stress in front of the closet mirror in the morning. “I like color!” she continued, “Itʼs not necessarily anything in particular. I just like wearing my Nike high tops. Then I just wear whatever on top. Itʼs whatever I feel comfortable in.”
