Have a special someone you want to snuggle with on the couch or a couple of hours you need to kill tonight, Friday the 13th, the scariest and unholiest night of the year? Why not burn them up with your Amazon, Hulu Plus or Netflix Streaming account?

Friday the 13th is the best night for a date night. Why? Because studies have shown that when things go bump, your potential significant other goes bump too. If you’re with someone who is frigid or easily scared, then a horror movie is the best move to hold them close so you can cop a feel. Don’t ask us for the numbers, we’re not scientists. We are, however, semi-professional entertainment and dating experts.

After the break, see the best horror movies you can use to cop a feel.

Steven King’s “Misery” is cringe-inducing and will have you and your friend holding onto each other repeatedly.

“The Shining” will mess both of you up. Perfect for grabbing, holding and cuddling. Watch with the lights off.

“Let The Right One” in is the cutest vampire love story you’ll ever see. Its more creepy than gory, so you’ll date won’t be all over you as much. However, there are some parts that will creep her/him out and them into your arms. Score!

We don’t know too many girls who like sci-fi thrillers. If you, however, found one, she’s a keeper. Don’t try to cop a feel, just put your arm around her. It should be on your third date though.

Sting as Dr. Frankenstein. Jennifer Beals as his creation. 1985. Watch with neon colors, shoulder pads and big hair.

Another ’80s movie: “Gremlins.” Nothing says Friday the 13th like a funny, scary, Christmas horror flick. Your significant other will love you for it.

Can’t go wrong with this bloodsucker tribute. Ladies don’t love cool J, they love “Dracula.” Your partner will want to spend the night after seeing this.
