Oh snap! It turns out Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf DID have a fling during the filming of “Transformers.”

The Daily News reports that Fox’s publicist confirmed the rumors today. According to the publicist, Shia and Megan hooked up during what an US Weekly sourced described as, “a 10-month break” last year with long-time boyfriend Brian Austin Green of “Beverly Hills: 90210” fame. Fox and Green have since gotten married.

“Find a picture of one of us with any other boyfriend or girlfriend — I challenge you,” said Green last year in a Details magazine interview where he denies he and Megan were in an “on-again, off-again” relationship. “You’ll only find pictures of her doing press with Shia LaBeouf or me with my son. That’s it … We never once dated anyone else or did anything else.”

It sounds like the rumors about his boo creeping with Mr. LaBeouf were getting to him and judging by the photos of LaBeouf leaving the airport this afternoon, karma may be hitting Shia right now.

LaBeouf, accompanied by an obviously distressed Karolyn Pho, was snapped after landing at LAX today with his right arm covering his face and we’re guessing the news has something to do with the why.

This comes just one day after the blogosphere reported that a Details magazine interview with LaBeouf didn’t exactly deny that sparks flew between the two. Turns out the rumors were true.
