Since yesterday, there has been much back and forth between Nicki Minaj and her alleged boyfriend, Safaree Samuels.
It has finally been confirmed that the incident did in fact occur.

Both Nicki and Sarafee took to their Twitter to deny the physical dispute, but TMZ has finally confirmed the incident with a Dallas Police Department Police report.
According to the police report, Nicki followed Samuels up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn’t take any of her stuff.
Nicki was looking into her suitcase in the room, which had some of Samuels’ belongings, when she says he “grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki’s] chin and lower lip.”
The police report goes on: “[Nicki’s] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed.”
According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn’t want to press charges so the case was closed.

MIR END ELEMENTS XXXXXXXXXX. WIT 3, Who is employee at hotel at 5300 E Mockingbird Lane, called for police on behalf of the comp, who told him to call for police. Upon arrival R/OS spoke with the Comp, who stated a verbal altercation took place at the location at the pool. When the Comp returned to her hotel room Wit 1 was also back in the room. Wit 1 was also staying in the hotel room with the Comp. The Comp told Wit 1 that she didn’t want him taking anything out of the room. Wit 1 had some of his personal belonging in the suitcase, Wit 1 grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across the comp’s chin and lower lip. R/OS observed slight swelling and redness to the Comp’s chin and lower lip. The Comp’s teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed.
DFD was requested for the Comp , and DFD Rescue * responded to the scene and checked the Comp. Comp told R/OS that she did not want to make a report regarding the incident and that she just wanted her suitcase back, Wit 2 who is employed by Comp, was very uncooperative with R/O’s and would not let R/OS in his hotel toom to retrieve the suitcase. Wit 2 was very vague while answering R/OS questions and refused to provide any information regarding Comp or Wit 1. Wit 1 was not at the location upon R/OS arrival, and R/OS were unable to locate Wit 1. SGT Smith #6701 responded to the scene. Comp stated multiple times to R/OS that she and Wit 1 were only friends and had never been involved in an intimate relationship and were not related at all. The hotel rooms in which Comp was staying were rekeyed by hotel staff and only the Comp was provided with a key. Comp refused to have any pictures taken and refused to make a police report.
