<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica; font-size: 12px; color: #1a1100;">With a star studded cast including the likes of: Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence, Tracy Morgan, Danny Glover, and Regina Hall, expectations for this film should be very high. But, what if we didn’t stop there and added Zoe Saldana, Columbus Short, Loretta Devine, Ron Glass, Kevin Hart and Luke Wilson? Expecting "<a style="color: #a90700; text-decoration: none;" href=”https://globalgrind.com/”s Out of My League</a>", which has relatively NO star power but opened with $21,800,000 in its first week, and I get confused.<br /><br />Black’s and Latino’s complain a lot about representation in Hollywood and rightly so. But if we don’t get off our asses and get to the theaters to support our movies, we have nothing to complain about. I find it ridiculous that we won’t go see a movie unless Denzel, Tyler Perry, Beyonce or Will Smith had something to do with it.<br /><br />I guess this piece is a plea to the Black public: make sure "Death at A Funeral" lives up to its potential. The cast is ridiculously talented.
