The judge in the Selena Gomez stalker case must be a Justin Bieber fan, because Selena’s stalker was released from jail after felony stalking charges were dismissed.

TMZ is now reporting that Selena’s stalker, Thomas Broadnicki is back in custody after being released just after midnight.
The 46-year-old man has been stalking her since July of this year. He is believed to have serious issues and has told his psychiatrist God wants him to kill Selena Gomez.

Selena is safe for now because Thomas is cuffed and being questioned by the police.
