American Express, in partnership with VEVO and YouTube, spared no cost to put on the best digital live stream show Mary J. fans have ever seen! They enlisted the legendary filmmaker Adam Shankman (HairSpray, A Walk To Remember, and The Wedding Planner) to direct her electric performance! The at-home audience got a chance to control their viewing experience by choosing their own camera. They were able to choose between multiple cameras to capture the excitement of Mary J’s live performance from all angles.
Mary J dedicated her entire show to the late Heavy D and took her fans on a journey of her personal triumphs and pain. She also sang her hit song “Be Without You” which her online fans collectively voted for her to sing.
