Hey, fellas: you might want to take notice of this one, because Mary J. Blige and Beyonce dropped something for y’all.

VIDEO: Mary J. Blige Will Celebrate ‘My Life’ With “American Express Unstaged”

With Mary J. Blige’s tenth studio album, My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act 1), coming out this Monday, we finally got to hear one of the most anticipated tracks, “Love a Woman,” the queen of hip-hop soul’s collaborative effort with Beyonce.

MUSIC: Mary J. Blige & Rick Ross “Why”

We have been waiting years for this collaboration, so It’s pretty cool to hear Bey and Mary sing back and forth, over a old-school-sounding slow jam that sounds so ’90s you’d expect Keith Sweat to jump in at any moment.

In the track the two divas detail the many things woman need to keep them happy.

Trust, there’s some serious jewels dropped here.

The song was produced by veteran producer Sean Garrett. He recently talked to Rap-Up about the song, telling the site:

“Both these women are two iconic female figures in the world, and what would be better than putting those two on a record? We felt it would be a really iconic move.”

Head to Rap-Up to hear the song, then come back and let us know what you think!
