A 61-year-old deaf and mentally-ill man from South Carolina was brutally stunned to death in a park by police as he was cycling home. Roger Anthony died Tuesday, a day after a Scotland Neck police officer used a stun gun on him.

Officers claim that they repeatedly told Roger to stop and when he did not he was stunned. Roger’s brother Michael reflected saying there was no reason to tase him.
