The two cliques will headline the 7th annual Paid Dues Festival next year. The independent hip-hop festival will take place on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California.
Right now, there have not been any other acts announced, but the concert will have over 20 acts, who will perform on three stages. But really, what does that matter, all you need to know is Odd Future and Wu-Tang will be there!

Last year, the festival featured acts like Blackstar, Immortal Technique, MURS, Slaughterhouse and Bun B all tearing the house down.
