It’s Monday again and before you get all down about having a full work week to look forward to, we have a couple of things to help you perk up more than your first cup of coffee!

In today’s installment of No Money Mondays, we are focusing on all the cool things you can do in Seattle, Washington. Enjoy!

Visit Jimi Hendrix Memorial:

Jimi Hendrix is one of the most legendary musicians of all time. No one can play the guitar like Jimmy or influence as many genres of music as he did. In order to celebrate such a great legend, you have to visit the Jimi Hendrix Memorial located in Seattle. The memorial is absolutely free and an excellent way to learn more about Jimi!

Visit the Olympic Sculpture Park:

The Olympic Sculpture Park just may be one of the coolest art exhibits we’ve come across so far. The park transformed a nine-acre industrial site into a cool open and vibrant space for art. The park is located on the waterfront and provides amazing views of the Olympic Mountains. Admission is free and definitely something we would love to do when we visit Seattle.

Financial Tip of the Day: Save your Coins!

One of the most annoying things to do is to carry around loose change. It weighs down your bags and spills out your jeans at the worse times. The quickest way to get rid of this nuisance is to simply put your coins in a piggy bank at the end of every day. By the end of the month, you’ll not only have tons of coins to deposit in your bank account, but you’ll have a much lighter bag and jacket.
