PETA has been going hard at Kim Kardashian for some time now, attacking the reality T.V. star for her decision to wear products made from animals such as leather and fur, but after being flour bombed at a red carpet event late last week, Kimmie is taking the flour throwing woman to court.

DETAILS: Kim K. Reacts To Flour Bomber: “That’s Bullying”

Although PETA claims the woman was not affiliated with them in any way, they had a few things to say about Kim’s decision to press charges against her.

“If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur.”

How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless. The activist acted from the heart, something Kim doesn’t seem to have.”

But Kim feels as if the woman bullied her and she is looking to press charges.

According to TMZ, she does not feel the woman who threw the flour at her should get away with it and that she should be held accountable for her actions.

Sources close to Kim says she didn’t press charges that night because she didn’t want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity, but wants to prove that people are entitled to their opinions, but should not resort to violence to get their point across.

Sounds like both Kim and PETA have some valid argumentative points, but should they agree to disagree?
