Born To Die singer Lana Del Rey debuted a new song at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theater last night.

The “Blue Jeans” singer has been touring non-stop since the release of her debut album Born To Die in January.
Despite the controversy that has surrounded the pouty-lipped singer, Lana’s managed to persevere through all the drama and still release new tracks.
Lana debuted a new song entitled “Body Electric,” which sounds like it could be a cut off a forthcoming Lana Del Rey album.

“Elvis is my daddy/Marilyn is my mother/Jesus is my bestest friend/ I don’t need nobody/cause we got each other,” sings Lana.
No word if “Body Electric” will appear on a new project, but we’re hoping Lana’s back in the studio working on her sophomore album.
