Always known for his big voice, uber-conservative stance and personal crusade against President Barack Obama, Donald Trump will have to answer to NBC president Bob Greenblatt if he keeps stepping over the line with controversial statements.

At the 2013 Winter Television Critics Association press tour on Sunday, Greenblatt addressed NBC’s uncensored star and his future on the network.
According to the Huffington Post:
“He has his political belief system but I really don’t think what he’s doing in his personal life is going to corrupt what he’s doing on the show,” Greenblatt said. He continued, “That said, if he becomes somehow hurtful or says or does things that cross a line, we would figure out what to do about that.”
Trump has already sparked outrage from his relentless harassment of President Obama, including asking for his college transcripts, his birth certificate, and trying to incite a revolution after Obama’s re-election.

Greenblatt told the audience that NBC is fine with “what has transpired so far,” suggesting that his antics have not yet warranted punishment.
But he did joke about stopping some of Trump’s delusions of grandeur.
He also said that the network convinced Trump not to run for president. “Wasn’t that good enough?” Greenblatt joked.
Well, we certainly thank NBC for that one!
