The Carnival Cruise ship Triumph has finally made its way to Alabama after an engine fire knocked out the power to the ship, leaving passengers stuck at sea with overflowing toilets, food shortages, and foul odors for five stomach-turning days.

Carnival provided passengers with the option of taking a seven-hour bus ride to the Texas or a two-hour trip to New Orleans.
Passengers rejoiced and even held signs of relief as the nightmare ship arrived to Alabama.
Brittany Ferguson, 24, a passenger of the ship, was reported saying, “I’m feeling awesome just to see land and buildings. The scariest part was just not knowing when we’d get back.”
