The 2013 Billboard Music Awards is live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas tonight, and it’s being hosted by the one and only Tracy Morgan.
As much as we’re tuning in to see what all our favorite celebs are rocking on the Blue Carpet, the Billboard Music Awards [BBMAs] is really all about the performances – and there’s a lot of them.
