Things seem to be getting weirder and weirder with Amanda Bynes‘ life ever since she was arrested last week for possession of weed and reckless endangerment for throwing a bong out the window of her NYC apartment.

The former Nickelodeon star has been spotted out multiple times since then, and her odd behavior is still raising eyebrows.

According to new pictures from TMZ, Amanda was spotted at a trampoline place in Buffalo, NY taking a class, but apparently she denies ever being there!

A source told the site:

“She wasn’t really listening,” fellow patron Christopher Zukas tells TMZ. “She kept leaving the group to go set stuff down and would come back. During the jumping she wasn’t able to follow the rules and was even knocked over by a fitness instructor teaching a class.”

What’s even weirder was that Amanda made sure to tell Perez Hilton via Twitter that she wasn’t even there, and that it was a look-alike, despite witnesses saying it was “100% her”:

TMZ also obtained a video of Amanda out in Buffalo, which was recorded by someone who called themselves a “fan” talking to the She’s The Man star, and Amanda claims, “We’re not in Buffalo” during the conversation. The video is pretty strange, and while the woman in the video says she’s not Amanda Bynes, the tattoos match up pretty perfectly.

Meanwhile, Amanda’s parents are facing a pretty big struggle over their daughter if they decide to pursue a conservatorship/guardianship for her. According to RadarOnline, since Amanda moved to NYC, getting a conservatorship on her would work in California, and a guardianship would work in NYC.

The site reports:

“Amanda’s parents have been told it’s much harder for them to get guardianship of their adult daughter in New York than if they were to have the proceedings take place in California,” sources told RadarOnline.com. “Under New York law, Amanda could have the option of having a jury of her peers decide if she was in need of having her parents take control of her life. In the California courts, a judge signs off on the conservatorship.

“The thought of having a public jury trial to determine if Amanda is unable to take care of herself — and the media firestorm that would ensue — gives her parents cause for concern.”

Many believe that Amanda’s parents just want access to her fortune, but that’s not the case here:

“They wouldn’t want to be paid for their services, and this absolutely isn’t about getting access to Amanda’s money.

“Their first concern is getting her to a mental health professional, so she can be properly diagnosed and begin the appropriate treatment.”

“Conservatorships are very hard to get, and being mentally ill and addicted to drugs isn’t enough,” a source told us. “Amanda hasn’t ever been to rehab, or ever agreed to see a mental health professional. Her parents are absolutely powerless to do anything at this point.”

Back on Twitter, things are still looking shaky for Amanda, since she went off on yet another celebrity. It all started when N*SYNC member Lance Bass stated his opinion about Amanda’s mental state on a radio show:

“No one is able to get to her. I’m actually really scared for her,” he added, “and I hope someone is able to get to her to give her the help she needs.”

Well, this didn’t sit too well with Amanda, who immediately fired back on Twitter with her usual:

Yikes! Amanda is just coming for everyone!
