Summer is here, and everyone is trying to maintain the perfect bikini body. We all have our own methods of working our way to a smaller size, but when hunger strikes, sometimes our focus will get lost. Even if you are a curvaceous size 10 or a slim size 4, there’s no way to ignore those intense snack attacks. Here are 5 delicious ways to cheat your hunger and maintain a positive calorie intake.


Non Butter Popcorn: Use extra-virgin olive oil instead of butter and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Mix well to coat. 170 calories


Cinnamon Almond Butter: Coat your apple slices with 1 tablespoon almond butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 220 calories

Turkey Lettuce Wrap: Loaded with protein and green power. Take three slices of roast turkey, add 1 tablespoon mustard and roll them up inside a leaf of romaine lettuce, kale or whatever greens makes you happy. 60 calories

Spicy Hard-Boiled Egg: Loaded with tasty vitamins and minerals, this snack will instantly curb your hunger. Cut a cooked egg in half and dust on smoked or sweet paprika. You can even try a little oregano. Serve with 1/2 cup red pepper slices. 90 calories

Greek Yogurt Parfait: Rich in protein, fiber, and omega-3s, this creamy snack will make your sweet tooth happy. Top a cup of plain Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds and 1/2 cup berries. 195 calories
